Shipping policy update 7/13/18

We at Siglent Technologies try our best to have most models in stock on a continuous basis. This has been difficult so far in 2018 due to delays in receiving parts from our vendors. We believe this situation will improve before the end of 2018.

Items in stock normally ship the next weekday, after the order was placed (except in cases of national holidays). Orders placed on-line are shipped UPS Ground, unless you notify us by telephone before they are shipped that you wish to ship using a different method. Shipping any method other that UPS Ground may involve an additional charge and we will ask you for your credit card information when you call (We do not keep customer credit card information on file).

When your order ships, you will receive an automated email from UPS at the close of the day that will list the tracking number for your shipment.


Shipping Methods and Options
We ship all orders within the continental United States via FedEx, UPS and USPS by weight. In addition to shipping time, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order and 2-5 business days for delivery time when shipping FedEx, UPS and USPS. All orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii ship FedEx and USPS 2nd Day Air only.

We offer the following standard and expedited shipping options within the US:

International Orders
SIGLENT ships to all destinations in North America. If you are shipping to Canada, Mexico or the Caribbean, shipping charges can only be provided by contacting us at 877-515-5551.

It is your responsibility to be aware of the specific import restrictions for your country. If your package is refused or destroyed due to customs rules, SIGLENT will not be able to refund your order or offer a replacement at no charge.

Multiple Shipping Addresses
You may ship items to separate mailing addresses ONLY by placing separate orders for each destination.

Shipping to a P.O. Box or APO, FOP Address
For tracing purposes, we ship orders via FedEx, UPS and USPS. SIGLENT cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time due to limitations. We require a street address for all deliveries. Please be sure to enter a complete shipping address for all online orders.
